My family member experienced top notch personal care. The staff were always friendly and helpful; treating my family like their own. I can testify that all medical needs are addressed promptly and concerns discussed professionally. Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows is always clean and inviting. Residents, other than my own family, were treated respectfully as well and communicated toward as equals. I can’t say enough good things about the administration and clinicians providing support and assistance to those who reside in their facility. I am happy to say that I can easily refer others to this facility for reliable and courteous service.

I was always told negative comments about this facility. In my 13 years of being in healthcare, I always told myself I’d never go work here. Well I have been working here for a little over a year now and I love it! Everyone is nice, awesome pay, cool DON and good team. They work with me going back to school too! One thing I can say is that I’m happy about going to work and no longer dreading it like I use to at past employments. I’ve learned to not always go by word of mouth! Go and find out for yourself! I hope I make Galax Health and Rehabilitation proud and my colleagues. I love my work crew, they alway make me laugh and I love my residents, it’s good to see them smile even on their worse days. I always try to joke and cut up with them to keep them happy. “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”

My mom loves her nurses etc there. They are taking good care of her. She still has like 18 more days to go here. But she has no complaints. I was impressed with this place. Nice little areas for folks to relax and sit.
